Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers
Our quantity surveying practice was established in Vanderbijlpark in 1981. The directors, Bert van den Heever and Frans de Beer have been with the practice since 1981 and 1983 respectively. Both directors are registered quantity surveyors.
Our firm has wide-ranging experience in commercial, industrial and government projects. These have included a museum for the Vereeniging Town Council, hospitals and clinics, the seamless tubemill for Tosa and the SPI facility in Vereeniging. We have recently done work for Sasol and Natref in Sasolburg and also project managed the infrastructure development of the new SE8 Township for Vesco. We have produced procurement documents for building-, civil-, electrical- and mechanical engineering contracts using various different contracts.
